Work Experience

I have nearly 30 years experience in effective communications, public relations and marketing in environments including higher education, master planning golf course communities and agency work.

In my current work as director of communications at the University of Georgia’s Grady College, one of the country’s most respected journalism colleges, I have been involved a variety of responsibilities and projects including the following:

  • Responsible for all strategy related to public relations, media relations, website, graphics and social media for Grady
  • Directing the redesign of college website, Grady.uga.edu
  • Collaborating and helping to direct centennial celebration for Grady College
  • Editing, writing and directing semi-annual magazine with circulation of nearly 25,000 copies
  • Overseeing installation of environmental graphics
